As your read Chapter 8 Relational Turbulence

1. As you read this chapter, consider a significant relationship in your life that has undergone a change (illness, birth, change in commitment level, divorce, job change, etc.). Did this change cause any relational turbulence? self, partner, or relational uncertainty? Did you experience any interference or facilitaton from your partner? Do you feel this experience damaged or strenghtened your relationship?

2. Most of the research on relational turbulence has been done on romantci relationships. How likely is it to work in a simalar fashion for friendships? family relationships?
